1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

* Logistics disruptions
* Unforeseen operational circumstances

2. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Free-shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.

* House/flat number
* Street/locality

* PIN code

Kaalvian Global LLP will not ordinarily be responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

5. Failed Delivery / RTO

If an order cannot be delivered because of:

* Incorrect address
* Customer unavailable
* Customer refusal
* Incorrect contact details
* Repeated failed delivery attempts

the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Any refund or re-shipment will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable policy.

6. Damaged Packages

If the package appears severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should photograph the package and contact us promptly.

7. Delays

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
